Originally known as Fashion 21. Their first store was founded in Los Angeles, California on April 21, 1984 by husband and wife, Do Won Chang and Jin Sook Chang from Korea. Located at 5637 N. Figueroa Street in the Highland Park district of Los Ángeles, and guess what? Is still in operation.
PROS:
This store is ALWAYS on top of the latest trends
They sell pieces you see in magazines and celebrities
Offers a variety of styles
INEXPENSIVE
There’s over 700 stores so go find the closest one to you now!
CONS:
Cheap prices equals “not so good” quality but remember you get what you paid for
