The Spooky Season: Getting Ready For Halloween
Halloween, the last day of the Celtic calendar. The Celts believed the souls of the dead roamed the streets and villages at night. Since not all spirits were thought to be friendly, gifts and treats were left out to pacify the evil and ensure next years crops would be plentiful. This custom evolved into trick-or-treating.
The annual holiday celebrated each year on October 31, where people will wear costumes to ward off ghosts hundreds of years ago. But hey, I’m not trying to be creepy just wanting to share a little bit of history for those of you who are not familiar with it, and even for the ones that didn’t know that “the spooky season” truly exists. And today I’ll be sharing with you these extra crazy makeup ideas. Time to kill them with style.
Let’s start with my favorites cause I mean who doesn’t love fiction characters?
